The finalists for the Riverfront Times’ “2011 St. Louis Web Awards” came out yesterday and in the category of “Best Local Celebrity Site” we were selected! We’re honored. Glad to hear dick jokes still really count for something in this town. We haven’t won yet though and we are up against ReviewSTL‘s Celebrity Gossip section and ToastedRav (Ahem).
A panel will select the winner in each category which will be announced next Tuesday.
Other categories include “Best Neighborhood Blog”, “Best Music Blog”, “Best Sports Blog” (tough category in this town), “Best Personal Blog” and “Best Use of Video in Entertainment” (another category with a couple of big hitters).
